What is the address for pickup?

Pickups are currently situated close to Culebra Rd & 1604 HWY in San Antonio, TX (78253). You will receive the precise address in your confirmation email prior to your scheduled pickup.

How do cake pops come packaged?

cake pops are individually wrapped with allergy info noted on the back and are packaged lying flat in a windowed pastry box by default. for an additional fee, you can upgrade to a windowed cake pop carrier that also doubles as a display stand. When you're ready to serve, just pop out the side tabs, lift off the top, and insert the tabs back into the stand to set it up!

Do you cater to intolerances or allergies?

Unfortunately, I’m unable to accommodate specific food allergies. All items are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs, so treats may contain traces of these allergens.

How does payment work?

50% deposit is required to secure your order date. Once we’ve finalized your order details, I’ll email you an invoice with multiple payment options.

Do you provide delivery or shipping services?

Currently, pick-up is the only service available.

Do cake pops need to be refrigerated?

Cake pops & cakesicles can be stored at room temperature for up to 5 days, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or frozen for up to 3 months.

When will my order be ready for pickup/delivery?

Orders are typically ready on the day of your event but can be available one day prior to your event when sufficient notice is provided. Weekend pickup is between 10 am and noon. Punctuality is greatly appreciated when picking up your order or meeting for a delivery.

How much notice is required on an order?

A minimum of 1 week's notice is required on small orders (one dozen) and a minimum of 2 week's notice is required on larger orders. At Baby Cakes & Co., each order is made with lots of love, care, and attention to detail. Because of this, we have limited availability and accept orders on a first-come, first-served basis. To make sure we can bring your sweet vision to life, it’s best to place your order early. Please note that quick turnarounds of just a few days usually aren’t possible — every treat deserves the time to be made just right!
